SIREH Center for the Study, Preservation and Enhancement of Armenian Cultural Heritage is a foundation established in Armenia to respond to the challenges of these times and to fosters active and collaborative participation, in order to preserve and enhance Armenian cultural heritage, while strengthening national identity and collective well-being.
The masterclasses are conducted by two professional cooks from Artsakh, who have arrived from Armenia specifically to lead these sessions. Their presence ensures the direct transmission of knowledge, techniques, and cultural context rooted in lived practice.
The initiative is organised by SIREH in collaboration with DIZAK ART NGO and is conceived as an educational and cultural project rather than a purely gastronomic event. đź”—Participation-based income from the masterclasses directly contributes to the development and sustainability of DIZAK ART NGO, supporting its ongoing work in the preservation and promotion of the intangible cultural heritage of Artsakh, which remains a matter of high importance.
